Great staff who were prompt in answering my questions. The shirt is nice quality and everyone thinks it Rocks. We have very uniquely marked animals, so to have their likeness on a shirt is wonderful.
They did exactly what I wrote, perfect communication via email, I even made a few adjustments after they sent the draft, I can't wait to hand this over to my boyfriend!!
This company is adorable- I have now bought two shirts as gifts- I have to say , the only down side it I didn’t allow for time- it took a while for both to get here (two seperate orders) , as I timed it badly- so the bday gifts for both were very very late- BUT loved just the same. I’m in the US and it takes a few weeks if not longer to receive the orders. They were for our son and daughter in law. And they both loved their shirts! Very well made, the story in art was spot on! Truly! I will order more, I’ll just remember to order well in advance !!! I will try and post both shirts on here…this is a fun company and very easy to work with!

I lost my dog this year and wanted to commemorate our time together. I regret not making it more about him and less about myself. I am happy with the design. I will be happy wearing it.
Cotton Prompt was excellent. I did not have to wait long for the first draft. I asked to make a couple of changes and the second draft was beyond amazing. The shirt quality is very good. The best part - my husband loves his new shirt 👕

The shirt is great and I'm so grateful they do proofs! Unfortunately there's a pull and a hole in it upon opening it, but the gift was still well received

They took his favourite things- his family, Hungarian goulash, gaming and guitar playing, Christmas, Diablo & DOOM (video games), monkeys etc and got every detail perfect right down to his shoes and wedding band. It was easy to go back and forth with the artist to produce the perfect shirt. Thank you!!!
I asked for a picture of him LISTENING to music. If you look closely, there are music notes coming out of the speakers. My husband's likeness is great and so are the dogs! We will order from them again for sure. I had to ask for a revision, and they were awesome about it.
Cotton Prompt artists created a special image for my husband, based off the list I provided of some of his favorite things. They were great with communication and had a draft created in a timely manner. The result exceeded my expectations! When the finished product arrived, it was hard to keep it a secret until he opened his gift on Christmas morning, but the wait was so worth it! It literally brought tears to his eyes, and he was so overwhelmed by it; mostly due to the inclusion of his beloved childhood Irish Setter. Ordered a twin pack of personalized shirts for my brother and my sister-in-law. I can’t wait for them to open them up this Christmas because they turned out SO amazing! The designers did a fantastic job and were so quick to respond when I asked for a few minor tweaks. This is my second time ordering and will definitely be back again!

I have made myself three shirts from this company. I will be doing a fourth for myself soon I decided to make my sister and brother-in-law each a shirt for the upcoming holiday. The three shirts I received are so awesome and cool. I get so many compliments. I can't wait to see my brother and sister-in-law's reaction to theirs. The company is so fantastic with communication. If I can give this company 25,000 stars I would I would love for them to be able to make a long sleeve T-shirts someday. That would be really awesome as they can start doing long sleeve T-shirts.
