Is it real art, or A.I.?
Real art, always. Every design is hand-drawn by a real artist on our in-house team, never generated by A.I.
A real person reads your order, draws it, and we check it for accuracy, quality and detail before it comes to you.
What do I need to tell you?
Tell us about the people, pets, hobbies and in-jokes you want included, and add any reference photos you have. The more you share, the more personal it gets.
If anything's unclear, we get in touch before we start drawing.
Will I see my design before it's printed?
Yes. We email you a proof first, usually within 1–3 working days, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
Can I ask for changes?
As many as you like. Want a different expression, an extra detail or a new colour? Just reply to your proof and we'll change it.
Each round of changes can add a little time to your order.
What is your Happiness Guarantee?
We're only happy when you are. If you're not totally in love with your design, we'll revise it as many times as needed until it's just right.

How long does my order take?
It typically takes 8–12 working days from the day you order for us to draw, finalise, print and ship your custom item.
When will I get my proof?
Your first proof is emailed within 1–3 working days of ordering.
Can I get my order sooner?
Add Skip The Line to your order and we'll move it to the top of our list for processing, so our artists start on yours first.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders over the free-shipping amount for your country. Your cart shows exactly how close you are, and shipping is calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, head to our Track my order page and enter your order number to see where it is.

What are the products made from?
Our apparel is high-quality, ring-spun cotton: soft, breathable and made to become a favourite.
Plastic items like phone cases are a sturdy blend of TPU and polycarbonate, for flexibility and protection.
What type of fit is it?
All shirts have a regular fit with set-in sleeves: comfy, casual and made for everyday wear. Check the size guide on each product before you order.
How do I care for my custom item?
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle
- Use a mild detergent and wash with similar colours
- No fabric softener or bleach (non-chlorine only if needed)
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry
- Iron inside-out on low, never over the design
- Avoid dry cleaning

Can I buy a gift card?
Yes. A Cotton Prompt gift card can be spent on anything in the store, and you can have it emailed straight to them with your message.
Can I get a digital copy of my design?
Yes. Add DigiPrompt and we'll email you your design as a high-res, print-quality PNG as soon as you approve it. It's yours to use anywhere, even commercially.
Do you do matching designs for groups?
Yes. Our Group Pack is made for teams, families and friend groups who want their story on matching shirts.
