If your item arrives without all pieces and packaging, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your remake. We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on incorrect sizing due to each product being custom made. 

Please note: if you want your design to be remade, there is no possibility for a partial refund.

If you would like your design remade please email our team at support@cottonprompt.com with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to remake your item. All order cancellation must be made within 24 hours of placing your order as our team would have started working hard on your order once 24 hours have passed.

Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your remake in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.

14 Day Return Policy

Have peace of mind as your product will be backed by our 14 day return policy guarantee. If you find any manufacturing defects at all within 14 days of delivery of any custom iteam, we will replace the item for you at no extra cost to you. Or if you are absolutely unhappy with our service you have the right to a partial refund minus the art creation fee.

The art creation fee is always deductible from your refund as there is no other way to ethically pay for the artist's labour and efforts. The nature of our products being completely customized to your request call for such a policy.
