Ordering from this company was a big mistake, and I regret it.
I placed my order several weeks in advance to make sure the T-shirt would arrive in time for Father's Day as a gift for my husband. The design process took about a week. I had hoped the artwork was actually handmade rather than AI-generated, but I decided not to focus on that.
The biggest issue was the shipping. After placing my order, I waited and waited for it to be shipped, yet no one informed me there would be a delay. I had to contact customer service myself, and only then was I told there were issues with the supplier and that my order would be shipped soon. When I checked the tracking information, I discovered the T-shirt wasn't even shipped until almost three weeks after I placed the order. Unsurprisingly, it didn't arrive in time for Father's Day, which was extremely disappointing.
When the shirt finally arrived, I was excited to give it to my husband, but opening the package was another huge disappointment. The print quality looked as if the shirt had already been worn and washed multiple times. The image had cracks, the colors were uneven, and there were noticeable blank spots in the print.
I contacted customer support to express my concerns about the poor print quality, but they offered no solution or resolution. That was another major red flag.
The final disappointment came after the very first wash. I followed all of the care instructions exactly—I washed it inside out in cold water and did not even use a dryer. Despite that, the print developed even more cracks and the shirt quickly looked old and worn.
I was genuinely excited when I found this company because I thought it would become a great place to order custom gifts for our family and friends. Instead, I was left disappointed by the poor quality, the delayed shipping, and the lack of customer support. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company

Great staff who were prompt in answering my questions. The shirt is nice quality and everyone thinks it Rocks. We have very uniquely marked animals, so to have their likeness on a shirt is wonderful.

They did exactly what I wrote, perfect communication via email, I even made a few adjustments after they sent the draft, I can't wait to hand this over to my boyfriend!!
