The product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned along with all of the pieces as well as the original packaging.

If your return item arrives without all pieces and packaging, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your remake. We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on incorrect sizing due to each product being custom made. 

Please note: if you want your design to be remade no changes can be to be made to the original prompt.

If you need to return your product or would like your design remade please email our team at hello@cottonprompt.com with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to remake your item. All order cancellation must be made within 24 hours of placing your order as our team would have started working hard on your order.

Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your remake or return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.
