I couldn’t be happier.
I sent in my prompt and I personally felt it was generic enough that it gave the artist or artists a lot of wiggle room. To my surprise, they asked for some reference pictures for my basic concept of cute, cartoon animals in assorted fandom attire. Then I also gave them a big list of animals to pick from, expecting only a couple would selected and repeated for the prompt. Instead they used every single animal I listed. Every single one, and I had listed like 15 animals. Wow.
With that happening and with them fulfilling the extra original prompt, the final design was beyond my expectations. I had seen their sample pieces on the site of what to possibly expect, but the design I was sent from them as proof before printing it onto the attire was above and beyond what I imagined.
Absolutely fantastic.
Also, their customer service is easily the best service I’ve ever experienced. They were helpful, patient, kind, enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable, and just like with their designs, went above and beyond. A true human to human interaction and I couldn’t be happier.
